It was difficult to get attention from nursing staff, being left without pain relief for hours. Doctors were more attentive but seemed to have differing opinions of my condition and treatment until I was moved to majors when, after some hours I was seen by doctors who came up with a plan.
I was brought in by ambulance blue light with a suspended stroke I had bloods done and a ct scan and then was left in a chair with my blood pressure 199over 101 for 6 hour without seeing a doctor so I discharged myself can’t believe that when my husband asked at reception when will I see a doctor and was told the doctor was on his break I was getting worse sitting there so I discharged myself the nurse told my husband that if I went home I might die my husband said if I stay here I will die
Highly satisfied

Waited 28 hrs to finally see a Eurology Dr after being contacted by Oncolgy to go to A&E asap due to issues with latest Scans and blood test during Cancer Treatment .
Huge delays with no explanations why, spent 10 hours waiting
Because ignored or treated as a nuisance by some nurses is not an option I did not go there Because I wanted to I needed to
I gave a poor as the waiting time was absolutely terrible having to wait to see a doctor for results
I was in A&E for a total of 25 hours, it took 20 hours for me to be seen by a doctor, I was left in a cold corridor for 16 of those 20 hours, on a rock hard metal chair before having to result to laying in the floor in pain. The nurses and doctors were trying their best and I don’t blame them at all but the system as a whole is awful, people were suffering and just left. It was horrible and I was exhausted and sore by the end of it all.
Absolutely awful my husband has dementia and he had a broken hip and left in corridor and no pain relief and because he couldn’t communicate with them to good he was left and he was in there for 27 hours before he went on a ward then there wasn’t any room in the ward so he was left in the middle of a ward, what is happening nowadays it’s totally a disgrace, not a very good experience at all.
